Position: Monitoring, Evaluation and Training Specialist
Location: Goris, 3 Mashtots Str.
Direct Manager: Projects Manager
Purpose of Work:
Responsible for developing and regularly updating the program monitoring, evaluation, and training plan in accordance with the requirements and formats of GPC and donor organizations. Monitor its implementation concerning the planned activities and goals of the programs. Assist the Project Manager in designing and overseeing the project’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning process.
Main Duties:
- Control sub-grants financed by GPC in accordance with RA legislation and donor organization requirements.
- Review and analyze documents submitted by organizations implementing sub-grants.
- Advise sub-grantee organizations on comprehensive data collection for monitoring and evaluation.
- Prepare a grant control schedule.
- Conduct visits to the project’s target area at scheduled intervals for monitoring purposes.
- Prepare and submit control result reports to the Project Manager.
- Conduct interim and final annual project evaluations, prepare reports, and submit them to the Project Manager.
- Develop monitoring and evaluation reporting standards and forms.
Basic Requirements:
- Higher Education.
- Knowledge of NGO activities.
- Computer skills, including database management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Armenian and English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.

- Organizational skills, responsibility, and punctuality.
